Promoter Program Agreement

This Promoter Program Agreement is in addition to OURONN's Terms and Conditions and Community Agreement. Please be sure you have read OURONN’s Terms and Conditions and Community Agreement.
The OURONN Promoter Program is an additional benefit provided by OURONN, without obligation, to paid members as a "thank you" for their support of the platform.
The program allows paid members to receive a credit towards the cost of their own membership when a new member joins using their unique promoter link and purchases a membership within a certain time frame. It also allows the new member to receive a coupon discounting their first month price thanks to the invitation of a paid member.
As of October 26, 2022, the program requirements and benefits are as follows:
Program Requirements:
- Must have an active paid Membership to OURONN.
- Must accept the Promoter Program Agreement.
Program Benefits:
- A dedicated promoter link that ties new OURONN signups to you. (The link uses your profile username.)
- A dedicated window of time after a new OURONN signup using your link that allows them to receive a coupon for their first month and allows you to receive a credit to your account when they purchase their new membership within the window of time. (30 days for Promoters with a 'Professional' or 'Business' Membership and 15 days for Promoters with a 'Social' Membership.)
- Offer an automatic coupon for a percentage off the first month of a paid OURONN membership to new OURONN members who sign up using your promoter code and purchase a paid membership within the allotted time. (20% off the first month for Promoters with a 'Professional' or 'Business' Membership and 10% off the first month for Promoters with a 'Social' Membership.)
- Receive an automatic credit towards your Membership for every new OURONN member who signs up using your promoter code and purchases a paid membership within the allotted time. (Credit of 50% of the monthly cost of the new paid membership for Promoters with a 'Professional' or 'Business' Membership and a credit of 25% of the monthly cost of the new paid membership for Promoters with a 'Social' Membership.)
By accepting this Agreement, You understand and agree to the following:
- The Promoter Program is provided at the sole discretion of OURONN. OURONN is under no obligation to continue or discontinue the program.
- OURONN reserves the right, but not the obligation, to, in its sole discretion, update, add, or remove any or all requirements or benefits of the program.
- Any 'credit' issued to You will be in the form of a credit to Your account to be applied automatically to the cost of Your own OURONN membership.
- In all promotion of OURONN, You must uphold the Terms and Conditions of OURONN, comply with all applicable domestic and foreign laws, avoid any deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing activities, and refrain from anything else that might negatively impact OURONN.
- Participation in the Promoter Program does not make You an 'employee', 'consultant', 'affiliate' or 'partner' of OURONN in any legal sense of the words. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between You and OURONN as a result of this Agreement.
- OURONN reserves the right to terminate Your Promoter Program Access and even Your Account if you breach the terms of this Agreement.
- OURONN reserves the right to update this Agreement and will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page whenever changes are made.
- If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
