If you need general assistance with something related to the OURONN platform, please email us at support@ouronn.com. Be sure to email us from the email address associated with your OURONN account so that we can assist you more quickly.
If you would like to delete your account, you can do so from your account settings. Your account will be immediately deactivated. After three (3) days, it will be permanently removed. Before that time, you can email support@ouronn.com to cancel deletion.
You can also email support@ouronn.com from the email address associated with your account to initiate deletion.
You can delete most of your data in the app yourself using the "Delete" options provided.
You can also email support@ouronn.com from the email address associated with your account requesting deletion of additional data not essential to the functionality of the application or your account. If you would like to delete your account instead, you can do so from your account settings.
